As a Fine Artist, Harley’s work is deeply personal yet widely versatile. He continuously experiments with media and styles, ranging from geometric compositions to expressive abstract pieces. Harley has interned with numerous well-known galleries and professional artists, including The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery and Galería El Museo in Colombia, one of Latin America's top art venues. Harley is known for continuously experimenting with various media, from sculptural wood pieces and layered dried paint to hard-edge geometric compositions and expressive, abstract styles.
In 2015 Harley represented his home country, Colombia, in the International Championship Art Battle at the Toronto Pan American Games. In 2018, he became a founding member of the Simple Reflections Collective, a London-based artist collective that unites visual artists, musicians, and performers to create immersive, community-focused art experiences. Through his role at Simple Reflections Collective, Harley has helped curate and install their annual exhibitions at the TAP Centre for Creativity and has coordinated and participated in additional events across London.
In recent years, Harley has proudly participated in UPwithART, an annual fundraiser for the Unity Project for Relief of Homelessness and Museum London. Through his involvement, Harley aims to use his creative practice as a tool for social impact, recognizing the broader role that art can play in addressing challenges within the community.
Harley continues to work across various disciplines and formats, constantly seeking new ways to communicate and connect through his art. His current projects involve further experimentation with painting techniques, blending his interests in design, abstraction, surrealism, and modern geometric art.
